VPI is a young property investing business operating in south London. We aim to provide solutions to investors who are looking at new investment strategies, primarily across south London and the Home Counties, although any reasonable locations will be considered.

Why We Invest In Croydon
Croydon is the most populous borough in London, noted for its vibrant, multiethnic and multicultural communities. It boasts the single largest office market outside Central London, with more than 14,000 businesses trading within it covering financial services, insurance, engineering, digital and tech, and government sectors.
The borough’s population boom (soon to reach 400,000) has presented spatial challenges in the provision of adequate social and private housing stock, one of several key areas highlighted in the Croydon Local Plan 2018 to take urban regeneration within the borough up to 2036, during which the Council is aiming to build 33,000 new homes.
The borough has already started a £5.25 billion regeneration programme and the transformation of the town centre (the Growth Zone), through a 12-year £520 million programme is underway. Stakeholder partners in this initiative include central government, Croydon Council, the Greater London Authority and Transport for London.
